The person at the service desk seemed to be in a rush speaking very fast and not looking at me. Explaining many things rhyming off several different services and prices. My car wasn’t cleaned inside and not really the best outside. My last service it wasn’t cleaned at all. Ever since dealership changed owners my experience hasn’t been the best.

My existing car is no longer operational. As much as I was frustrated with my personal situation I found myself in, Charlie and the entire team at North Bay Mazda helped me to purchase my next vehicle with such wonderful customer service. North Bay Mazda is part of a larger autogroup. We found the right vehicle for me in inventory on one of their autogroup's lots, they arranged a quick delivery of my car to North Bay to save me the trouble and expense, efficiently arranged all the details such that I owned this car and driving it by the end of the week.
