Smooth process

The team Did a great job at explaining the whole process of trading in our old car and buying the new one. Ian went into detail about the our new car and really helped us find the right family suv! Couldn’t be happier with the purchase and the experience

Emergency brake wasn't working.

Ebrake never worked It was serviced and adjusted. I was told that there was lots of pad left n only needed adjustment. After getting back to Barrie. Where I live the rear brakes started to make a lot of squeaking. Used the ebrake n still didnt work. Took the one rear tire off and found that the whole ebrake system was rusted out. Also the one sliding bolt for the caliper is seized.

always treated in a courteous and respectful manner.

Staff are always pleasant and polite. They explain what is being done. If something unexpected comes up they come and explain it before proceeding.

Service tried to scam me

There was a recall on the callipers which were seizing and not fully releasing. I replaced my brakes because of it, twice, and service informed me that they were placed incorrectly (inboard pad put on the outboard and vice versa). They then stated that because they were installed incorrectly, causing the rotors to score, that they would not fulfill the recall on fixing the callipers unless I got my brakes and rotors replaced by them too, which I ended up finding out from other mechanics who work for dealerships, is COMPLETELY ILLEGAL to do to a customer. I am absolutely disgusted that someone would try and take advantage of someone who doesn't know much about mechanics and the legalities behind it. Had I not have known other people who work in the service department in dealerships, I would have been completely ripped off and would have had to fork over a grand of expenses. NEVER bringing my car back to your service AGAIN.
