Poor service department
Sent me and my kids home in a vehicle the mechanic knew there was something wrong with. When asked about it “it wasn’t on the work order”. I have since got rid of that vehicle and bought new elsewhere.
We were in the market for a new vehicle at the time, this situation cost you (and our amazing sales representative Matt D) a new vehicle sale.

Appointment was on time and was in and out within an hour for my second service on my vehicle!
It was the second service on my CX-5. Actually got an email reminding me that service was coming up. Very flexible about setting up date along with understanding that no problem if I had to cancel / re-schedule due to weather conditions etc. Service was fully explained before and after, going over what was checked and found. The next service was also explained and given a cost estimate of what it would entail. Overall, very satisfied with all aspects of the service appointment including the fact that I was in and out in an hour!

Ashley, Justine and Patrick where amazing to deal with
My wife and I recently traded in our VW Golf for a Grand Caravan
Patrick gave us a very fair trade value and the purchase price was much lower than anywhere else we looked in southern Ontario
Great experience dealing with the Mazda staff and would highly recommend anyone to go see them

Excellent client service
I had an appointment for a simple oil change. Service staff gave excellent client service. Everyone is smiling and making you feel welcome, even if someone is just walking by...they’re smiling at you. The courtesy shuttle driver was very pleasant and prompt. Thank you north bay Mazda for your excellent service.
