It was an awesome experience with Lee & Rediet Biru. They were professional & and the relationship management provided to us was WOW.
I will recommend anyone hoping to get a Toyota product to visit these guys, be rest assured to go back home happy and well satisfied.

Terrible company to deal with
I wrote review a few days ago and for my surprise was deleted. Here I try again as I am committed to help as many people as possible not to have my terrible experience.
I put deposit 10 months ago for Toyota RAV 4 LE. I was told by Cynthia that I will have the car by Christmas 2021. Long story short - 10 months later I received an email from customer relations manager that Heninger can not secure the car for me. During those 10 months I was the one calling and asking about the status of my order. They never gave me straight answer. Once they offered me used car for the price if new, the second time I was offered different color but I was told that I have to pay 2000$ more for extended warranty. Cynthia ( the sales person) lied to me by telling me that another client cancelled his order but he ordered the car with extended warranty, and this warranty comes from Toyota Canada and that is why I have to pay extra. I refused and that was the end of it.
In short, the staff is unethical, they take advantage of the current car market and extort people. Because of their unprofessional practice, 10 months later I am back to square one, with higher interest rates and increased vehicle prices. Please stay away from this dealership and save yourself the headaches.

Really good experience. Radiet and Lee were very accommodating , communication was great, they answered all my questions and quickly got back to me on the ones they weren't sure about. Car was very clean, immaculate shop, highly recommend Heninger Toyota. Specially dealing with Lee and Rediet.

This company in unethical and also deletes bad reviews!
Gave our vehicle to someone else. We placed a deposit to order 2021 Sienna AWD XSE Hybrid with Jay Jiang. After 4 months, Jay notified us vehicle has arrived and is ready for pick up. Asked us to add accessories that we did not want to the final price. Very insistent we had to add all their suggested optional accessories. We refused. Next day the General Sales Manager Peter Chen called and said our vehicle belong to someone else on the wait list and he had no documents showing we ordered the vehicle even though we have copies of email with the sales agent and deposit receipt. Peter Chen and Jay Jiang provided no reasonable explanation and very condescending to me and my wife. Contacted the General Manager Mitch Massey and owner and don't expect any better. If you have a deposit on a vehicle, check that your paper work is in order.
We put a $1000 deposit to be in the queue for a 2021 Sienna AWD XSE Hybrid on June 30, 2021 from Jay Jiang. The estimated time for delivery was 3 - 4 months back then.
Timeline:
June 30, 2021 - deposit charged for wait list.
October 14, 2021 - Jay informed us our vehicle is arriving and will be ready for pickup.
October 18, 2021 - Jay isaid we needed to add more accessories to secure our vehicle. We agreed to add some of the accessories and remove the unwanted ones. He confirmed the vehicle will be ready by Friday or Saturday for pickup.
October 19, 2021 - Requested final total from Jay to get bank draft for payment.
October 20, 2021 - Peter Chen called this morning to say the vehicle is not ours and they can charge more for the vehicle now and plenty of people in the queue waiting.
Reply to dealer response:
I will leave it to reader to decide what happened. I really enjoy how the dealer is trying to say I am threatening and twist the story now. If anything we were treated in a condescending and patronizing manner by the dealer (which they did). I invite them to post all my email correspondence with them showing where I am threatening as I kept copies for my records. Maybe they feel threaten from a honest review from a customer.
Correction, we sold our vehicle after Jay informed us the vehicle is ready for pickup and not the sale agent was doing us a favour. But, we are out of a vehicle now.
Moreover, they have removed my review from their site.
