Sold our vehicle to someone else
Gave our vehicle to someone else. We placed a deposit to order 2021 Sienna AWD XSE Hybrid with sales associate Jay Jiang. After 4 months, Jay notified us vehicle has arrived and is ready for pick up. Asked us to add accessories that we did not want to the final price. Very insistent we had to add all their suggested optional accessories. We refused. Next day the General Sales Manager, Peter Chen called and said our vehicle belong to someone else on the wait list and he had no documents showing we ordered the vehicle even though we have copies of email with the sales agent and deposit receipt. Peter Chen and Jay Jiang provided no reasonable explanation and very condescending towards me and my wife when clearly they made a mistake. Contacted the General Manager Mitch Massey and owner and don't expect any better. If you have a deposit on a vehicle, check that your paper work is in order.

Brand new car
Purchased a brand new car. But instead I got a "new" unit with a dent on the passenger side door and a broken interior accessory part on day 1. It took me 4 months to repair and fix my brand new car. For 4 months I did not enjoy driving my "defective" brand new car because of the long time I have to wait the repairs and experience a lot of misinformation and confusions with Service department.
Not to mention the Sales department as well, after you purchase your car and got the unit they will not give you anymore priorities. A lot of alibis and even false hope just to say that they understand what you are going through. . Complete disappointment, frustration and waste of time is what I got from this dealership. Not recommended at all.

Service
Hello
We recently repaired a serpintine belt and water pump replacement on Rav 4 2006.
Adrian the original service rep was excellent to work with us and said to us a 3 day job. However when we brought it back and worked with Joel he said 2-3 days which turned out to be 5 days.
Joel we found gave us a loaner which was great however all we keep hearing was they needed more time.
I guess our biggest complaint is not knowing why the length of time by 2 extra days and not understanding why...
Customers expect that....
