Less than two months ago I purchased a 2013 Ford Taurus SEL from your lot. Only to find after my first oil change (3000km before my sticker suggested I might add) that my service inspection was done very poorly if it had even been completed at all. Not only did my oil light come on 1000km after I purchased the vehicle (which would lead one to assume an oil change wasn't completed at all), I was informed by a mechanic my vehicle had next to no transmission fluid, my window washer fluid pump and fuse were not working, my air filter needed to be replaced, and my windshield was not sealed properly (inside my vehicle sounds like a wind turbine on the highway). I am completely unhappy with the lack of professionalism displayed with my purchase. This is my second purchase from your lot, and if ever again I desire a vehicle in the near future I could certainly guarantee I would expect poor service.

This dealership doesn't haggle but the price was much better than any similar vehicle at other dealerships. They were professional and courteous from start to finish.

My wife and I test drove a few different options. This helped narrow and fine-tune the type of vehicle and options that we liked. Other shoppers were talkative and we shared ideas and opinions. The whole process of paperwork was quick and painless. The people working the sales counter are helpful and always willing to answer questions.

I just purchased a used 2012 Buick Regal GS from your dealership on December 31st. The whole experience was great. I came out from Whitby on December 28th, which was a long drive but the car appeared to be an exceptional value. I asked for the keys for a test drive and I was not cornered by a salesperson or felt any presure of any kind. Test drove the vehicle in a snowstorm and I fell in love with it. I asked the front desk for a opportunity to inspect the vehicle in a sheltered place given the poor weather and they provided a spot. Was very happy with the car but wanted to sleep on it. Called back the following morning and I said that I would purchase the vehicle after a couple minor concerns were looked after. The salesperson then proceeded to tell me that the price had been lowered an additional $500. THIS WAS AFTER I SAID I WANTED TO PURCHASE THE CAR!! The car was to be ready the following week. I got a call a few days later and the car was ready for pickup ahead of schedule. I picked up the car on New Year's Eve and I am extremely happy with it and the car buying experience I had. Many thanks to all who helped me in the process!!

First time dealing with Haldimand Motors, and my second time purchasing a vehicle. I enjoyed that you could explore without being hassled. Interacted with many staff members during my experience, both from sales and service. The best word I can use to describe their interaction with me is... Direct. Not rude at all, but not much into small talk or banter (which isn't necessarily a bad thing depending on your preference of course) Just a bit of a culture shock for me personally as I'm in retail management, and I'm used to the "banter and small talk" as it were. Overall, I'd recommend Haldimand to a friend.
