Very satisfied customer experience!
We picked up our Lexus NX300 today. Given that it had a previous owner, it came to us beautifully cleaned and detailed, and waiting for us in the showroom with a gorgeous bow on it. We were very pleased! Our salesman, Dwayne Neilson, was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and extremely pleasant - a pleasure to deal with; there were no high-pressure sales tactics. We highly recommend him. Tony Graham Lexus not only met but exceeded our expectations.

Professional Service
I was very impressed with the service and in- depth knowledge of my sales agent Tan Vo. He provided answers to all my questions as i started my search for a new car. The no pressure sales approach was appreciated. After visiting 3-4 other dealerships, i returned to Tony Graham Lexus. Tan readily got the car stationed in front for my test drive. The negotiation process was not "painful" and all the paperwork was efficiently processed. Tan even changed his day off to accommodate my schedule. Thank you!

A NEW STANDARD IN LOW
Went in looking for a LX or GX . The uninterested salesperson said they had a GX but said they like to sell them overseas as they get full retail. Showed it to me ; 3 minutes, then told me it was a Lexus customer weekend and had to get back to the showroom. I guess a trip to Montreal or Toronto is needed to get one!!!!

Sorry to hear you had a bad experience today with my sales rep Maurice Blum. We are having a 3 day sale that started this morning Oct.18th and it's been extremely busy with people taking advantage of the deals. This is no excuse again sorry for your treatment.
We are sold out of the LX570 now but do have 1 coming late January that is available. The GX460 would be a great option if you need a vehicle sooner.

Yan Ma the best sales car person in the Universe
We have bought numerous Lexus and Toyota cars and SUV’s. We are firmly not fans of Tony Graham as we had a couple of minor situations with TG Lexus. Cars are just cheaper in Toronto. Yan Ma impressed us so much with her knowledge and personality. We will definitely give her a chance for our business.

Great service; pre-qualifying and condescending sales staff
Thanks to Tony Graham Lexus, I unloaded my ES300h after only two years! After being persuaded via email and phone to attend a special "invite only" sales event last week I had the distinct opportunity to chat with Thanh Trinh with whom I spoke once before. Within five minutes it was decided that I was not a "serious buyer" and I was politely walked to the door and shown the parking lot. I appreciate the candor of Mr. Trinh, as I believe that I will be much happier in the long run with my brand new non- Lexus car.
