Garbage

Never buy a car from this dealership and definitely do not get your care serviced there if you buy a preowned car they will machine the rotors and also saftied it with a bad strut they did the warranty work and put new struts in our van and the mechanic stripped the top bolt of the new strut and instead of putting another new one in he just retapped it and put two nuts on it

Spending money stresses me out, Rob made it an awesome, fun, stress free experience!

Fun informing clear concise - rob was very personable and answered all my questions. He made it a great experience - I would recommend him to anyone I know or don't - thanks for the professional knowledgeable and great service.

Awesome buying experience!

You will not be disappointed when you buy a vehicle from Provincial Chrysler. A friend had recommended us to try them and said we would not be disappointed. We were lucky that day to get Rob Derby as our sales representative and he went above and beyond to make sure I got a vehicle that I was happy with. The entire time he kept it fun and we had lots of laughs. It is honestly the best car I have ever purchased! On the day we picked it up we brought our 8 year old daughter with us. Rob took the time to make sure she knew how to work all the amazing entertainment features of the van. She already said that when she grows up she is going to buy her car from Rob. The financing of the van was done by James Ross yet another facet of the car buying experience that isn’t always that enjoyable. James made it a breeze and fun too. We will defiantly be back for our next purchase. It really is another great day when you shop a Provincial Chrysler. Thanks again Angela & Jeff
