Your brilliantly predatory marketing/slogan made a "never again" customer out of me.
On the one hand, plastering "Enjoy unlimited kilometers" banners all over your vehicles and and on your website is a brilliant tactic - I was stressed trying to find the right truck for my move and picked your company because of it. On the other hand, when I showed up on the morning of my move and realized just how much fine print I had missed while making my reservation online, I felt stupid for falling for the obvious bait and switch. I'll be using Enterprise next time - I've always had great experiences with them.

Staff was not very interested in helping. Sluggish attitude and Generally not interested in being helpful. Everyone seemed hungover and not prepared to greet customers.

For an $18.99 advertised price, my $122 rental was much more than expected. I rented a van, not a cube truck, because my insurance covers it. I was told that for my rental, I was REQUIRED to purchase the insurance. If that's true, then the daily rate is much higher than $18.99.
