We had a great experience. Rob our sales person was great. Everything went so smooth. No pressure at all. We knew the car we wanted to see when we arrived within minuets they handed us the keys to take her for a ride. When we can to pick up the car when the paper work was done the car was running and waiting for us to drive it away. Will definitely come here in the future to purchase a car again. Somethings are really well done while others are not.
The idea of allowing customers to walking and "try" vehicles with no hassle of sales people walking you out to the vehicle and showcasing it is clearly awesome. People have the internet and can, for the most part (subjectively), educate themselves. So that was great.
The Sale itself seemed just OK. The sales guy was very nice and polite (definitely approachable), he tried to use the art of silence (he who talks first loses) but kept oddly saying "yeah, uhmm so yeah". It doesn't matter to me, because I was already sold - just something I noticed. However; the only thing I did not like which is why I'm giving a 3 out of 5, is this; I asked "when will the car would be ready" and I received "It depends on what we need to do to it, but approximately a week from now...maybe sooner". While this is OK (hence the rating), I would have appreciated a more definitive answer and/or a potential follow up call to let me know if the date needs to be changed.
All-in-all the process is OK. I think most people will come back simply because the try before you buy concept is stellar.
car not cleaned, mentioned to salesperson, was told....what do you want, it's a used car.....will NOT recommend to others, have been told it's all going downhill since Dad retired!!
Nice selection of nice vehicles which matched the people inside...one must be a result of the other.
Beautifully maintained car lot. Well lit so browsing after dark is no problem. The pricing is good. It's nice to know when you look at the price that they are not hoping you don't know much about vehicles and will unknowingly pay an inflated price. Topping it off is a staff that makes you sure that the good deal you think you are getting is the good deal you are getting.
Helpful staff...it was our first time at Haldimand and had no idea what to expect, but the staff was great, and they tried very hard to get our "new" vehicle ready to go and on the road.!!
