Dropped car off night before for a 7:40 am appointment, generic notification at 9:50 am acknowledging my car is there.
3 phone calls and a text message still unable to reach my service advisor. Finally called back 1.5 hrs later saying they haven’t even looked at my car.
Drove by at 1:30pm (6 hrs after scheduled appointment) and my car was still sitting in the spot I left it in.
Why do we book appointment times if they can’t even see your car to diagnose an issue within 6 hrs?
Customer service has really fallen off over the last few years. If the little things count, they’re really missing the mark.
Marlinda is an excellent service rep. Always takes care of me well, with truth and honesty. A good reason for my loyal service.

We had to wait 7 months for GM to get the heated seat chips but Mitch, the Service Manager, helped to get the vehicle in for the installation as soon as they arrived and Cameron arranged for everything else with a smooth and quick installation just in time to ensure a warm bottom on cold days. Those “little things” like timely vehicle status texts, washed floor mats, washed vehicle, comfortable, seasonally decorated waiting room with TV, clean washroom, Nurse Rewards and more make for a most welcome customer experience.
