Excellent, from the greeting to the test drive and all the sales details and execution
Felt welcomed, offered a test drive immediately, bought an A6 and 3-4 days prior to delivery decided to opt out and buy an A8 instead. The transaction was immediately agreed upon and the transaction was conducted very smoothly. Absolutely great experience.. Deborah was great to deal with.

It's tough to remember the entire experience. Worth noting, I bought my car on April 27th and received this email over 2 months later and this has been the only follow up.
My overall feeling leaving the dealer was that they did not appreciate my business and knew they were selling an excellent product that people would buy regardless of customer service.
I can't comment on the service department because I haven't dealt with them yet, but I would not buy another car from this dealership.
Of note a few things that I remember were:
- On the day that I officially bought my car it was raining and the sales rep offered to show me my car and only brought an umbrella for himself and commented on how he should have got me one.
- When I picked up the car the delivery specialist interrupted a business phone call and said we have a delivery appointment.
These aren't huge issues, but they are highlights of how the experience left me feeling. That I wasn't important and they wanted to get me out quickly.
I own a company and the customer experience is everything so I know how important this feedback is and hope this comes across as an opportunity to build a better customer service experience.
I am really happy with the car and I would recommend the S5 model to anyone.

Richard Cross and and 2018 S4 are both excellent.
I’ve dealt with Richard several times over the years and have always found him knowledgeable and helpful in addressing any servicing issues.
I’ve loved the new S4 in the couple months I’ve had it. Numerous feature improvements over the 2015 S4, particularly in navigation, in voice recognition and in the cell phone interface. It’s also quicker. It has been frustrating that the Audi Connect feature does not work, as it seems to think my car is a US product. And the garage door opening feature, which worked fine in the 2015 model no longer works (in the2018 model) even though it’s the same garage.

300 point Check up on m’y use q3 not done dissapoint
I got off the garage my wiper blade are finish at to drive from gatineau for 2 wiper when I bough the car I ask to fix a scratch they butch with touch paint plus my brake are full of rust the car sit on the lot all winter your 300 point check mean nothing to me

Buying our new Audi A3 E-Tron at Mark Motors
This is the third Audi that I have purchased at Mark Motors. Although I'm sure that all of the salespeople there are excellent, I deal exclusively with the fabulous Richard Cross. Even if I'm just in the neighbourhood I'll drop in to chat with Richard and see what's new. He is a treasure.
