My appointment was for a recap issue and a manitoba safety. At drop off I said communication would be difficult as I can’t take calls during work. First round of phone tag was to call back ASAP to get some info, I called, went to voice mail, back to reception, waited on hold, talked to someone who had to verify my address, etc to make sure the safety could be completed properly. I made this appointment weeks before, why wasn’t that done then? I got a call 2-3 hours later to call dealership again. Again, couldn’t talk directly to person who phoned me, back to reception, went on hold. Talked to advisor who told me safety was complete, no problems, tech wanted to advise me to do a brake service to have brakes last longer. Ok, fine, dealership was too busy today to do that today so if I wanted it done it couldn’t be done until a later date. Again, a call that was totally unnecessary. Upon pickup my car was parked outside in the cold without a window rolled down to release moisture. Had to run car5-10 min to clear inside of my windshield.
On the plus side, the car was completed on time, shuttle was on time to pick me up, and everyone I talked to was pleasant
Recall for O2 sensor & replaced a ball joint as it was showing excessive wear. The technician found it on the last service appt so I had them recheck it as they noted it was in the red zone
diagnosis of clunking noise on the left front of car
I brought my car to your service department to diagnose a clunking noise I heard coming from the front left side of my car. I paid around $80.00 for your diagnosis, and was told that repairs would cost me around $972.00. I took my car to an automotive repair shop, where they fixed the problem (a bit of ice build-up) for $65.00...I saved over $900.00 and haven't heard the clunking noise since!!!
Financial services where provided in a professional manner when I bought out the lease on my Sante Fe. I have no complaints and would recommend Hyundai to friends.
