When my lease was up back in June, i didnt know what to expect due to the covid restrictions. I was pleasantly surprised with the entire experience, from agreeing on a lease to picking up my new vehicle. Both Nick and Kim made the experience pleasant, safe and exciting when picking up my new vehicle. Ive always been very pleased with Mark Motors.

Felt unappreciated and not wanting to go back, ever!
Presale-okay considering i knew pretty well what I wanted and how much I was expecting to pay; post sale follow up: mediocre, I was left to follow up on status of delivery; registration transfer: incorrect assumptions made that a new set of plates would be arranged even though I had mentioned wanting to keep mine; car pick: rushed, not very informative, confusion re location of my summer tires, no real welcome package, made me feel less than welcome or appreciated; after sale: no personal follow up; after sale survey phone call left a bad taste in my mouth and felt more like an interrogation than a curtesy call to better understand my feedback with caring and thoughtful conversation.
