Recently, my 2019 A5 Cab spent 5 business days at Audi Ottawa West predominantly to repair problems with the soft top. My experience was OUTSTANDING, including the provision of a loaner, timely updates re diagnostics and progress, and a complimentary car wash. BIG thank you to Jason Griffin, Zachery Brodeur and the technician. As a long time customer, Audi Ottawa West continues to meet all of my expectations.

Had a very bad experience 3 times from this location last recent one was super bad they froadly charged me 3 hours of labour, this location lack good mechanic.
The sale process was OK, the service was by far the worse that I have ever seen with any other dealership. Few things to note for and be prepared if you decide to service your vehicle at this dealership:
1. Appointments are usually 4 to 5 weeks ahead. Cant get any appointments before that
2. No loaners are ever available
3. No matter what type of service you go there for, be prepared to stay without your vehicle for at least a couple of days+ and NO LOANER. Real issues with time management at this dealership. If you were unlucky like me you will be without a car for 4 full days to fix an AC problem and again no loaner because loaners are reserved for major repairs!! (pretty much customers paying more. seriously??)
4. Bad customer service overall. Good luck getting an update on your repairs or getting them done on time.
5. You will only get a survey to share your feedback if you were happy. Unhappy customers like me don't deserve to receive a survey to share their feedback according to this dealership (integrity issues with the customer survey program?).
Very happy with the service and to have our air conditioning fixed.
Zackery Brodeur, our contact service person kept us up to date on the status of the required repairs and the likely timing of the completion of the work. Will definitely use Audi West Ottawa for all future service work.

Poor service. Took advantage of my lack of knowledge on cars. Hasn’t address issue and then after taking more than 10k of my money offered me 3k for trade in.
Had issues with check engine light. They never cared to follow up with me or my issues. Just took my money and offered me nothing for trade in.

We reviewed your service file and our Service Department carried out, as per Audi’s requirements, an assessment of the situation, and concluded that the consumption level was within acceptable tolerances. As for the fuel injectors replacement, you noticed a malfunction signal which was attributed to two leaky fuel injectors (#1 and #3). As the vehicle was outside of warranty coverage, we installed ( with your consent) two after market fuel injectors ( Bosch brand). The difference in price for the after market parts was 60% cheaper, which translates into an overall saving of 30% on the final repair bill. Our work corrected the issue.
