OMG what kind of customer service they give

When I brought my vehicle in on Monday, I was told it would be ready by Wednesday evening. I then received a call letting me know that the wrong part was shipped. I am now being told that my vehicle will be ready by Friday evening. I have gone several days without a vehicle. Not once during my dealings with service, was a lobar car brought up. When I talked to the manager, he was not helpful. He implied that I should have known to ask for a loaner vehicle. I have now gone 4 days without my vehicle. It is not only inconvenient, but I am now paying a service to get me to and from work. I am not happy with the service I received from your company.I think a manager and staff should know the difference with customers service and service you pay for.

Oil change

I was called on multiple occasions in regards to having my oil changed and it was explained to me that my free oil changes were transferred from my previous vehicle. I arrived at my scheduled appointment and the service manager explained that he had no record of this. I requested they look into it and call me back' I'm still waiting for a call 5 months later. Its typical of Dilawri, they promise a lot of things but very rarely deliver on that promise. I was also promised a free trip to Vegas when I purchased my vehicle and I still haven't received anything yet. My family has purchased 4 vehicles from Dilawri in the past 30 months and there's always issues with false promises. I can assure you that they'll never see my business again.

As you mentioned Mr Heroux, there is no record of this. As much as we would want to, we have nothing to help us more towards honouring your request. The lifetime oil package is offered with the purchase of an extended warranty. There was not one attached to your vehicle during the time of purchase. We hate that you feel cheated, sir. Kindly come in and see us. Ask for me; Mo Fakih(mfakih@dilawrichrysler.com). Let me show you the file and how there is no mention of complementary oil changes being transferred to your Jeep Cherokee. Let me look into your Vegas offer as well, please. Although losing a valued guest is never good, I respect your decision to not come back, sir. Lack of after customer care/follow up

Was very happy at the onset of the purchase. Have had the vehicle for 2 weeks now and have some outstanding issues that have not been resolved. Have emailed a follow up email today, and have not yet heard a response. I was clear with my sales agent that we were not fans of Dilawri and he assured me that our needs would be met, all the way through.

Car is great, deal was not

I am not a negotiator, never have been. I put my faith in people that when they say they will give me something, I don't have to ask again. I was told there would be a $1000 credit for my vehicle, based on submitting my information online. I did not receive this credit. This was my third vehicle from Dilawri Dodge Chrysler, as such, I was told there would be a loyalty bonus, there was not. My trade was not valued well, but I expected that. I tend to not negotiate when making a purchase, and I understand that this is something that can cost me. What I do, is take my business elsewhere the next time I need to make a purchase. I am not the type to blast a company on social media, but if anyone asks, I will not recommend Dilawri.

I'm sorry to hear you weren't too happy with your deal Michael. We had paid up for your trade and when we did the deal and when you came to pick it up you were extremely pleased with both the price and service. Sorry to hear you've changed your mind since then.

not impressed

labour work on my truck very good but when I went to pick it up it was dirty on the inside a nd outside. as well the truck was parked a little sideways, could not get truck out between these two cars. ITS NOT LIKE YOUR GOING TO READ THIS OR DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT
