I had requested to drop the vehicle off at the airport. When we got to the drop off location there was a shuttle just about to leave. We tried to communicate with the driver to roll down his window so we could ask him to wait, he just stared at us.

We had chosen to drop off the car at the airport for convienance. When we got there, there was a shuttle there. We attempted to communicate to the drive to roll down his window so we could ask him to wait but he wouldn’t. We tried several times to call the number provided to get a shuttle but it said it wasn’t taking calls right now. We had to order a car service and pay for it because when we asked one of the staff we were told we would have to wait over half an hour for a shuttle to arrive. We paid a $75 fee to do the airport drop off and on top of that had to pay a car service to pick us up to get us to the airport. I believe I should have the $75 plus the cost of the car service ($12) taken off my bill. I could have easily returned the vehicle to the original place I rented it from and taken a car service for the same amount from that location and saved a day rental.

Professional and positive people.

I've needed a cargo van and a cube van in the last couple weeks. When I dropped in to reserve the cargo van, 2 staff - Stacy and Thomas were dealing with an unruly customer who was making everyone very uncomfortable. They both took the high road. Their professionalism and patience was impressive.

Michael was awesome !!

It was really busy but Michael was calm and friendly to everyone .. his sense of humour helped make the wait go by fast!

The day before my rental 2 different associates called me to confirm I was, I fact, going to pick it up. I confirmed both times. On the morning of the pick up, there was a long lineup, and I heard every person in front of me be offered a different vehicle than the one they ordered. I was given the very last vehicle available, and everyone behind me in line was very upset. There were only two employees, and they said they were "overbooked". This should not happen, and the company has a horrible rental system in place, to allow overbooking to happen. I will likely not be renting with discount again.
